Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped using our Standard Shipping service.
- Estimated delivery time is 7–8 business days after your order has been processed.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen shipping delays.
Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through the shipping carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
- BaeSecret is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
- If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
